So how is the treatment carried out?
My Stop Smoking System consists of 2 sessions, seven days apart.
At the first session, I will take a lot of details of the how, when and where you have been smoking, and make sure that you have the facts about smoking as it relates to you. There will be a hypnotherapy session and some NLP and EFT will probably be included. The aim of this session is to make you very aware of your smoking to start to break down that automation in your smoking habit.
In between sessions, I will ask you to continue smoking but to smoke in a different way which will further accentuate your smoking habit and breakdown that automation.
At the 2nd session, together we will break down all those habitual links and the psychological and physical dependencies.
